My toilet had stopped flushing and shower stopped draining at night so this was a huge issue for me. Luckily, Carlos and Santos were able to come late at night to help me out. They did a great job explaining and showing me the problem. Had a backed up pipe due to a root intrusion and they were able to help me with a jet spray. My plumbing is old so there were much bigger problems than I'd like to deal with that night. They were more than willing to help me out and look after me.

Everything was spot on with Carlos . On time and very personable. Was very professional and explained everything in detail. Did a quality job and left everything cleaned up . I couldn't be happier with the new sewer replacement & maintenance service that was provided by I love sewers . I think I'm gonna try and get them to do some plumbing work inside my dwelling given that it's 65-year-old home next . Felt like a business you can keep working with for years to come . Thank you

I have to say that Carlos and the team saved the day. I was out of town and of course our toilets were gurgling. Had another company come out that we have used many times before and they did shotty work, kept trying to be salesmen and add more and more work. I called a bunch of plumbers and Carlos answered swiftly. He took the time to explain on the phone what was going on and then offered to come over to see what was up. We ended up going with him and the team re-piped our mainline, descaled and lined inside and out to the sewer. We are happy with his work. Very professional and communicative. What I appreciated the most is he was clear of what was going on and gave me options from the get go vs leading me on. I will always call Carlos and the team going forward for any work. He is a trusted person and works with honor and integrity.

I waited a while before posting this review. I love sewers rooter and rooter is how a business should be run from call to repair. Every person I spoke and worked with were outstanding, friendly, outstandingly thoughtful/polite and knew their plumbing. Special recognition to Caros and Jose for getting my repairs done in quick fashion and doing so in such a kind, thoughtful and friendly manner. They helped move my furniture, took care to clean out my area and Carlos even helped organize my cleaning supplies better than I could when putting things back! Just really great people all around, high standards that can be hard to find these days and a team that I would welcome over any time. Top notch team - you won't go wrong working with them.

I was incredibly pleased with the customer service from Carlos, Eric, and Jose. They had good communication from start to finish. Carlos kicked off the service with a “can-do” attitude and he was straight forward about the job at hand. He was also extremely  professional. He was great to work with after hours in our emergency situation. While I had questions he had fair and respectful responses. Once Eric arrived, he quickly isolated the issue to our main shutoff supply. It’s now 10pm and he is working away outside to cut the main water supply so he can repair the shutoff in the house and return water to our house. He respected our home and family by arriving in a protective mask and shoe booties. The safety of my family and himself was clearly a top priority, thank you Eric and Carlos! Finally, Carlos finished the job the following day (saving us money) for the less critical pumping items we needed done. This team is very professional and customer focused. Working with them you will see they aren’t interested in a one time service exchange, they interesed in building a relationship for any future needs. They are about supporting you, their customer, individually according to your needs. This is a company I plan to work with for years to come and highly recommend you giving them a try too!! Had my sewer line backed up and I love sewers came out and cleared my line the same day I called. I received a phone call as well when the technician was heading my way. They advised me of what the repair would cost and when the job was done it wasn't a penny more! Placing this company on our community page and would use them again in a heart beat.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explains things well and has great customer service both when I called and from the technician that I arrived at my home. Highly recommend them.
